HIPAA Requirements: If the data you evaluate constitutes Protected Health Information (PHI) under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), it is strictly prohibited to process such data on this platform unless a valid Business Associate Agreement (BAA) has been executed with us. Users are solely responsible for ensuring no unauthorized PHI is uploaded.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your information only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting our support team. Upon verification, we will securely erase your information from our active databases, subject to any legal obligations requiring data retention.
